WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is an experienced CPG/consumer growth leader who has the potential to manage & streamline both planing and strategy of all growth marketing efforts (primarily e-commerce) with some background in product marketing. They should be able to execute consistently and cohesively with targeted focus on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This role will report to our CEO and be responsible for management of 1 direct report (manager-level) with the potential for more. The core roles & responsibilities are:

Act as trusted advisor to the company leadership; strong project manager who is able to proactively contribute and influence to achieve overall company business strategy

Identify & implement organic growth drivers with respect to resources and budget that are able to acquire new customers and grows our already strong repeat customer rate

Own product messaging that delivers a best-in-class & personalized experience to our customers

Own the end-to-end launch timeline of our products (in partnership with leadership & brand team to craft & manage the timeline for each product launch and campaign).

Constantly evaluating the performance of all our channels (website, email, paid, org) and enacting levers for optimization and conversion

Own marketing related KPIs (CM, ROAS, CAC, repeat customer rate, new customers rate, revenue change, AOV, CLV, CRO)

Work cross-functionally with leadership, product development, finance, and engineering as the key marketing representative

WHO YOU ARE:

Required: 6+ years of progressive experience working in growth marketing, loyalty marketing, or any other marketing-related field in consumer that directly led to an increase in sales

Required: Proven track record of successful growth campaigns and/or have previously led growth initiatives for businesses at least $10M in revenue that have led to double-digit growth YoY

Required: Be extremely familiar with (and/or a user of) new mediums beyond just paid specifically for organic in TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Strong people & vendor management skills - both internally with CEO & direct report(s) as well as with outside vendors as needed

Firm understanding on financial impact: working within a marketing budget & ad spend return, etc. Background in partnering with finance on pricing / margin impact and putting together sales forecasts

Strong understanding of relevant marketing tech stack (Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc)

You are not afraid to experiment with new ideas but also pivot when something isn’t working

You are thoughtful, able to speak your mind, and can partner effectively with other functions

Compensation range: $140K-$160K + variable commission component depending on experience with stock options and health benefits (medical, dental, vision). Other perks include paid time off, flexible work environments (co-working space access), and mental health resources.
