If you want to edit your order to change address, shoe size or model, go ahead and login to your account via the 'Support' button located on the top right.
Simply add your email address and you will be sent a link to login.
If you paid in bitcoin, please contact and we'll manually process the refund for you. We'll need a receive address to a wallet that you control the private keys to.
