Atoms offers several shipping options based on your location and hassle-free returns within USA with QR code based service in most regions. We have several paid shipping options based on the experience you are looking for including same day and next day shipping in select metros.
Returns
We'll accept returns on our shoes within 30 days of delivery, one question asked: how we can do better?
We are not accepting returns or exchanges on the masks for safety reasons. Additionally, limited edition shoes or custom made to order products can be returned for store credit only and subject to availability for exchanges. Mystery Boxes are all final sale.
A prepaid return label can be generated on the Returns Portal and a $10 fee will be applied for all returns and exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. If you store credit is provided, that will be emailed to you the day of the processing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It is generally listed as ATOMS*SP on most bank statements.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account from when it is processed on our end.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@atoms.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can be done at the Returns Portal. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it internationally, send us an email at support@atoms.com and send your item to the address below. We'll only be able to ship your exchange within the US so it will need to be sent to an export service of your choice.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
