How it works
Five layers. Zero wet socks.
01 — It starts with the yarn.
Before knitting, every single fiber is treated to shed moisture naturally. The result? A shoe that stays light, breathable, and flexible—never stiff.
02 — A barrier you can’t see or feel.
We sandwiched a microscopic, waterproof membrane right between the soft lining and the knit exterior. Air moves out, but puddles stay out
03 — Every seam, sealed tight.
Water always finds the smallest opening. We locked down every interior seam with a protective layer so your socks stay dry, no matter the downpour.
04 — A shield beneath your step.
Ground moisture is the real trouble. A sealed strobel layer between the upper and sole stops water from traveling up when you step directly into a puddle.
05 — One final layer of defense.
Post-assembly, the entire exterior gets a final water-repellent finishing treatment. Watch rain bead up and roll off like it was never there.

I love atoms. I have two pairs of 001’s and this is my first pair of 000’s. I love the Mulberry color and that they are water resistant yet light and airy as the non water resistant pairs. These are simply my favorite sneakers-I wear them all the time and get compliments regularly. If my wife would let me I would get even more pairs(I’m sure there are more in my future(and there should be some in your future as well).
